After that, I run a deep evaluation of your site’s copy, positioning and design, to give you an idea of what areas you can improve on to convert more visitors into customers.

You get a 20-minute in depth walkthrough video and takeaway notes.
Gain a clear understanding of the precise steps needed to enhance your website.

Turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days tops.

What is your turn-around time?

The timeline really varies based on the complexity of the deliverable. For instance, a full
Strategy & Copy project could take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks at most. Sales emails could take around 5-7 business days or less.

Copy converts when it’s done right, not fast.
The wait is completely worth it.

How do you communicate with clients?

I communicate through email, Zoom, Calendly and ClickUp.

All deliverables will be available in my project management platform ClickUp where you can easily track the project’s status and progress.

You’ll be able to access all documents, researched data, wireframes, and every aspect of the process from one place.

Why shouldn't I hire someone in-house?

Well, aside from the obvious salary, there’s a lot of hidden costs – think benefits, stock options, and recruitment fees.

Plus, it’s not an easy gig to find someone specialized in SaaS who has solved the same problems repeadetly for years.

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel our project within 5 business days of the start date, I’ll refund half of the total project fee because things happen. But after this point, your payment is not refundable.

I’ve never been asked for a refund.
